Seeking Customer Support

Xüdle offers a rare opportunity that allows your experience and skillset to help improve the wine industry's ability to capture more sales, collect better customer data and provide superior member support. In fact, your ideas, relationships and hard work will solve winery challenges and push the boundaries of technology in the wine industry. This is a full-time customer support position which, upon completion of 90-days, offers opportunity for advancement and long term stability.

Responsibilities

You’re a problem-solver and have excellent people skills! You’re fascinated by the way things operate, and have the skill to figure out how technology works when things go wrong. You are able to multitask across applications, analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues while teaching customers how you did it. You will assist with the following:

  • Onboard new clients to include initial training and ongoing support
  • Work with clients to ensure they are leveraging the complete Xüdle solution and are achieving their company goals
  • Leverage your broad understanding of Xüdle products to provide adoption and technical recommendations on solutions or enhancements tailored to our clients' needs.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 2+ years of work experience in customer support and the following:

  • Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.)
  • A passion for service focused on the customer
  • Flexible to different communication styles and modifies approach according to the needs of others
  • iOS, Android, Smartphone, Tablets, PC and Mac experience
  • Ability to manage multiple applications running at the same time
  • Enjoys troubleshooting technology
  • Aptitude both for analyzing technical concepts and converting them into business terms and for mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • Must display strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a team environment in joint effort
  • Self-motivated, organized and accountable
  • Must be able to work on-site, during normal business hours, as scheduled

Seeking Front-End Web Developer/Designer

Xüdle is a rare opportunity where your hard work, ideas and innovations solve organizations challenges and push the boundaries of web design and development for our clients. This is a full-time positon which upon completion of 90-days, offers excellent benefits, opportunity for advancement, profit share bonuses and long term stability.

Responsibilities

You will work alongside our Lead Web Designer in an effort to develop custom UI design concepts and deploy them into various platforms – including: WordPress and our proprietary CMS platforms. We are open to your ideas and will challenge you to grow your skills in client side (HTML, CSS & JS) development. Ability to precisely convert PhotoShop UI layout designs and web content into high quality, cross-browser W3C valid XHTML and a strong command of CSS markup is a must. Candidate will also assist with creating supporting graphics, content development and ongoing website maintenance.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 2+ years of work experience in the following areas.
A bachelor's degree in web design or a related field is preferred but, not required.

  • Strong command of Dreamweaver and PhotoShop
  • Illustrator & Flash a plus
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (ex. WordPress)
  • Knowledge and application of XHTML web standards, CSS, HTML (5)
  • Responsive & Mobile site design a plus
  • Experience in JavaScript and jQuery a plus
  • Desire to learn and utilize new and immerging web technologies

About the Position

Xüdle is seeking a seasoned and motivated sales executive. We are looking for a dynamic, high performing salesperson with experience selling technology products and services. The ideal candidate loves the thrill of the hunt, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of both inbound and outbound leads with high activity metrics. This is a full-time in-office sales position located in Old Town Temecula.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Deliver web based presentations, leveraging strong product knowledge and inside sales best practices
  • Leverage your broad understanding of Xüdle products to provide adoption and technical recommendations on solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Attend local and national trade shows

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 3+ years of work experience in the following areas. A bachelor's degree is preferred but, not required.

  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in using CRM (preferably Zoho or Salesforce) to manage sales cycles
  • Strong track record of achievement, preferably selling cloud solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Previously trained in consultative / value based selling
  • Aptitude both for analyzing technical concepts and converting them into business terms and for mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with the wine industry including an understanding of wine club methodology, production schedule and common wine terms.
  • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with ecommerce, online payment options, shipping carriers and state alcohol restrictions.
