Unlimited customer support is included with every plan! Your Account Execütive is available to answer general usability questions, share best practices and help you maximize the suite of Xüdle tools so you will be an expert in no time!

Advanced Training

Included with your Setup Fee is 3-hours of one-on-one training with your Account Execütive. If you need additional training on a particular tool or would like to train a new manager or new user we are happy to help.

Technical Support

Technical support hours are billed by the hour for support that extends general customer support including such items as data research, transaction modification, custom report, etc..

Professional Services

Our team of in-house designers and marketing experts are here to assist with website design, site updates, email campaigns, marketing materials and more. Professional services are sold by the hour or by prepaid discounted blocks of hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is covered in the Setup fee?
The Setup fee includes the setup of your POS, Wine Club and Ecommerce system as well as 3, one-hour personalized onboarding sessions with your Account Execütive. If you are interested in having Xüdle assist with data migration we are happy to help import customer records, order history and products for a one-time fee starting at $500***.

Do you have a contract or annual commitment?
No, you may cancel at any time with 30-day written notice.

Is hardware included?
No, hardware is not included in our fees however we work with an excellent supplier and will provide recommendations based on your winery's needs.

Can I use my existing Merchant Service Provider?
In most cases, yes. If you are interested in certain features, such as EMV chip readers or the Decline Minimizer tool, you will be required to work with our preferred partners.

Do you provide compliance software?
Yes, Xüdle is equipped with shipping restriction and tax settings. We also provide formatted exports for Ship Compliant users.

Do you accept payment by checks?
No, however we accept credit card or ACH payments.

*Once enterprise sales volume is met, monthly fee is fixed and not variable based on sales.
**Decline Minimizer feature requires enrollment with the OpenEdge payment solution. Our service fee is $1 per customer payment profile update. Additional service fees may apply.
