Customer Support Free

Included in your monthly service fee is complimentary customer support. Customer support includes a 24/7 online knowledgebase with step-by-step guides, video tutorials and documentation. In addition, the Walk Me training module is available for self-guided tours of the Xudle back office tools. If you need additional assistance, email support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am PST to 5:30pm PST and is answered on a first come, first serve basis. Typical response times include same business day but some requests can take up to 48-72 hours. Weekend and evening support is provided to all clients for business-critical requests only. Phone support is available in our Premium Support package.

Consulting & Training $100/hour

The Xudle team is comprised of experienced, industry experts, and is available for consultations and advanced training. During the onboarding phase, you will receive 3 hours of one-on-one training. Down the road, if you hire new management or need additional training, one-on-one training sessions can be arranged at $100 per hour. We also provide recorded online courses for Tasting Room Managers and Wine Club Managers starting at $299 per course.

Premium Support $400/month

Premium support includes priority email, scheduled phone support and access to our Management training courses. Premium support is included with enterprise service plans. Premium support plans can be added to your service plan, starting at $400 per month and includes up to 5 hours of priority support.

Professional Services $100/hour

Our team of developers, in-house designers and marketing experts are here to assist with custom reports, database analysis, advanced technical support, custom data exports, website design, site updates, email campaigns, marketing materials and more. Professional services are billable at $100 per hour.

*Your monthly service rate is subject to change, at each billing cycle, based on your average sales from the previous 3 months.
**Decline Minimizer feature requires enrollment with the OpenEdge payment solution. Our service fee is $1 per customer payment profile update. Additional service fees may apply.
