Customer Support Free

Included in your monthly service fee is complimentary customer support during business hours and an emergency text/voice line for evenings and weekends. Customer support also includes a 24/7 online knowledge base with step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and documentation. Email support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am PST to 5:30 pm PST and is answered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Typical response times include the same business day but some requests can take up to 48-72 hours. Weekend and evening support is provided to all clients for business-critical requests only.

Consulting, Training, and Design $125/hour

The Xüdle team comprises experienced, industry experts, and is available for consultations, advanced training, or advanced webstore design services. During the onboarding phase, you will receive one-on-one training. Down the road, if you hire new management or need additional training, one-on-one training sessions can be arranged at $125 per hour.

Professional Services $175/hour

Our team of developers is here to assist with custom reports, database analysis, advanced technical support, custom data exports, and more. Professional services are billable at $175 per hour.
